Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

South Planks Farm

This Return and Cancellation Policy applies to all room bookings made with South Planks Farm (“we”, “our”, “us”) via our website www.southplanksfarm.co.uk. By placing a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Booking Cancellation by the Customer

We understand that plans may change. However, to protect our scheduling and resources:

Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking start time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking start time are non-refundable.

Please note: No partial refunds will be offered for late arrivals, early departures, or unused time.

Rescheduling Bookings

You may request to reschedule your booking once, free of charge, if requested at least 48 hours before the original start time.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the booking will be treated as a cancellation and are non-refundable.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your scheduled booking without notice will be treated as a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.

Cancellation by South Planks Farm

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. technical faults, staff absence, maintenance):

If we cancel your booking, you will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled booking at no extra cost, whichever you prefer.

Refund Processing

Where applicable, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
